Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, StunnaDollz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. That said, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help!
