All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We carefully package every order, but once it leaves our hands, StunnaDollz is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or handling. If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim with the carrier directly. If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo — we'll review and do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
